We recommend visiting our Mississauga or Toronto boutique for a complimentary sizing. If you can't visit us, you can request a free ring sizer by contacting us. If you already know your size from another jeweller, we use the same US sizing standard.

Free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada and the US. Orders are insured and require a signature on delivery. Express shipping is available at checkout for $25.

In-store pickup is available at both our Toronto and Mississauga locations at no charge.

Yes — unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

Absolutely — custom design is our specialty. We walk you through every step: sketch, CAD rendering, stone selection, casting, setting, and final polish. Most custom commissions take 3–6 weeks.

Yes. All our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process. We also offer certified lab-grown diamonds on request.

Yes — we service all jewellery regardless of where it was purchased. Services include resizing, polishing, stone replacement, chain repair, and full restoration.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due on delivery.

Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store in a soft pouch.

Complimentary cleaning and inspection is available for life at both boutiques.

Yes — complimentary luxury gift wrapping is included with every order. Add a personalized note at checkout and we'll include it with your gift.
