1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from PURE KARET JEWELLERY ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Use of Site

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by any third party.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase
• You may not use our site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of this site without written permission

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings
• Weights, dimensions, and diamond specifications are approximate
• Gold and diamond prices fluctuate and are subject to change without notice
• Products shown are not to scale
• Handmade items may have slight variations — this is normal and part of their character

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices do not include applicable taxes (HST/GST) unless specified
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer
• Payment must be received in full before shipping, unless a custom deposit agreement is in place

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorisation failure
• Suspected fraud or abuse

If we decline an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received in full.

6. Custom Orders

Custom jewellery is a collaborative process. By commissioning a custom piece:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin design and production work
• Estimated completion times are approximate and may vary based on design complexity
• Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• You are responsible for providing accurate sizing and design specifications
• We will present a CAD rendering for your approval before casting

7. Shipping

Shipping details are outlined fully on our Shipping page. Summary:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (Canada & US)
• All shipments are fully insured
• Signature is required on delivery
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

8. Returns

Returns are outlined fully on our Returns page. Summary:

• 30-day return window on unworn items
• Original packaging and certificates required
• Custom, engraved, and personalised pieces are final sale
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to images, photography, text, logos, designs, and custom CAD renderings — is the property of PURE KARET JEWELLERY and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PURE KARET JEWELLERY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, customs, natural events, etc.).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
