Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Exchanges for a different size, metal, or style are welcome within the 30-day window. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We'll repair or replace it at no cost, and cover all shipping.
